Refund for foreign exhibitors

Foreign exhibitors may under certain circumstances be reimbursed the amount of the French tax because of their participation in the conference.

Tax refund may be applied to:

•  Stand rental and secondary services
•  Stand layout fees
•  Advertising fees

Foreign exhibitors living in the EEC

From January 1st, 2002 tax representation removed for European subjects. As a consequence exhibitors established in the EEC declare their operation directly to French administration according to the directive disposals 2000/65/CE of October 17th, 2000.

Foreign exhibitors outside the EEC

They must request a refund with original bills no later than 6 months after the expired year during which tax refund has become due.

They have two possibilities in order to carry out these formalities:

2) To address yourself directly to the Tax Department for non residents (foreign firms’ receipts)
